I was lucky enough to go to Nerja when I was 4 years old...so I have seen many changes, and I still love it to this day!

Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she managed to accommodate all of our demanding requests and we were over the moon with the service we received! Our holiday in Nerja was brilliant from beginning to end. A charming Taxi driver met us at the airport, taking our bags and attending to our needs, a child seat was provided which was reassuring. The journey was smooth and in no time at all we arrived at the lovely accommodation. It was just what we had hoped for, and had been promised. During the holiday we had a few questions, and when we contacted Samantha she was always available on the other end of the phone often at unsociable hours; willingly answered all our queries and went out of her way to ensure our holiday was the best one ever! Katie We had a fantastic time at the Orquids - it is in a great location and very well equipped - the outside space is amazing - we especially liked the roof terrace for sundowners! The pool is very clean, as was the rest of the villa and we had no complaints there. Up the hill from the Burriana beach, it is a ten minute walk down and a bit longer coming back as it is quite steep! The neighbourhood was very quiet and residential. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes up the road which was very convenient. Our host Samantha couldn't have been more helpful and we would highly recommend her and her villa in Nerja - it's 10 out of 10 from us :)

A super nice stay in good surroundings. A lovely house located close to the beach (best in the area), shopping, town and restaurants. Good indoor facilities, good rooms, bathrooms and living areas. Especially a nice kitchen with the necessary equipment. The outdoor areas were super nice, with three separate terraces, so that and was possible with a little privacy. Lovely pool area, with good seating, dining areas and the opportunity to grill. Highly recommended for a family. Nothing particularly negative, but the beds on the 1st floor were soft. At BLUEWATER VILLAS we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Our privacy policy statement is given below. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating this statement on our website.
What information do we collect?
When a booking is made on our site, we will ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address. In addition to the above, we also ask for details with regards to making payment for the holiday accommodation. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site to help us develop and improve it further.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
What the data will be used for?
Your data will enable us to fulfil your booking and to notify you about important changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you.
We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can e-mail us at info@bluewatervillas.com and we will take off the list. Alternatively you can write to us at: 29 Greenbrook Terrace, Taunton, Somerset. TA1 1UU.
We will not pass your information on to other companies or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations by the Client must be in writing from the person who made the booking, either by special delivery or email. Cancellation applies only from the date of receipt by the Company of the cancellation notification. If the cancellation notification is received 63 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday booking deposit is forfeit (see note below). Thereafter, the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:
Between 63 – 42 days before departure 50%
Between 41 – 30 days before departure 75%
Between 30 days and the departure date 100%
The above cancellation charges represent a reasonable estimate by the Company of the likely losses resulting from your cancellation. Cancellation charges also apply to partial cancellations (e.g. where a Client books for two weeks but amends to one week. In this case, cancellation charges would apply to the second cancelled week). In the event of a cancellation charge arising under this clause the amount due in excess of the non-refundable booking deposit, must be paid by the Client to the Company within 7 days of the charge arising, notwithstanding the fact that the Client’s holiday insurance policy may cover the cancellation charge. It is the Client’s responsibility to claim any insurance monies due as the Company cannot claim on behalf of the Client.
Note: The deposit paid to secure the booking is non-refundable (If you can not travel to Spain because of government rules not allowing access to the country/area, then your holiday dates can be changed to a date in the future as long as we are given 2 weeks notice).
We would strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance which provides cover against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.
